Headlight came brand new, packaged well, was a perfect fit, and works without issues. My original headlight had failed seals, so always had condensation, and sometimes straight up water inside it. The new headlight looks to be well sealed, no condensation inside it, even during heavy rain or after a car wash. Wasn't cheap, but looks and works great, so can't complain.
