    We find the word "arnaque" (scammer) highly offensive, defamatory & quite frankly libellous. The description gave dimensions of 2.5cm x 3cm and the key was described as "tiny". At no point did the buyer contact us. We have sold on eBay for 22 years & do not lie or deceive. In our opinion this buyer should accept that they did not read the description & should retract this offensive comment. We will be reporting them to eBay.
