There were some small scratches on the dock as to be expected with a previously enjoyed item. It works perfectly. I am now able to run all 5 of my screens using one type c output for two screens and this dock in my usb port for two screens and the hdmi output of my laptop for the 5th one. I know i could go 6 but thats just silly. Anyway my home set up matches my work office now thanks to this purchase.
