Order took more a month to arrive after it supposedly " got lost in the mail " i had to start a claim with ebay to finally get a second one shipped most of the sellers negative reviews are this same issue

It was lost with USPS. We ship out all orders. Not all have tracking when they are our cheap sheets. You speak of "most neg reviews" are for this, which is correct, due to the shipping company delaying/loosing some, not our own issues. Did you leave neg for USPS also? Prob not. We ship over 100 orders a week. Should be good to know the only issue we have less than 1% is mostly due to the shipping provider but we are always willing to help and replace them for free or send refund.
