Advertised as having free shipping but I had to pay $3.10 to get the package from the post office because the seller used USPS Priority Mail box with the USPS Ground Label and USPS processed it as a Priority Mail (see attached pictures). I had to drive 10 miles to the USPS facility to pick it up. Contracted seller, provided pictures for the postage shortage and requested refund of $3.10 for the postage paid. Seller has not responded with 2 business days. I am now opening dispute resolution.
