Communication was excellent and shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend this company to get your sensor plate issues resolved. In my case I wanted my sensor plate checked along with my solenoids. They could have told me my sensor plate had an issue and how would I have known different. They inspected my sensor plate and tested it and only charged me a bench test
