I often have to use an earpiece in areas with a lot of background noise. Also it's a bit hard as there isn't any flexibility to it. The rubber for in the ear comes off to easy imo.Condition was new box was clean. Don't think it was worth the price for how much I'll get from it. At best it's a back up for when nothing else is available.
