It is one of the best appliances I have ever bought. I've used it several times now and am extremely happy with the performance. I am also extremely happy with the seller, Value Explorer. They kept me informed at all stages during the item's delivery and even better, were extremely helpful when I had trouble connecting the appliance to the app. All in all, five stars!

It’s very simple to use. It can not remember the map however it didn’t have any problem to clean the house properly.

OK in the end, but 4 days later than the latest date given, over 3 weeks after ordering, and with erratic tracking. (My order never showed up as 'out for delivery' even after it had arrived.) But a great find - all packaging original and perfect, inside and out, exactly as described, and the Soundsticks system itself remains an outstanding design with wonderful aural space and separation.
