The new 9V Battery box was slightly wider and required widening the mounting hole by about an 1/8". The pick-up's about .75mm thicker than the original, which raised the action slightly. That was ok for me as it wasn't drastic and I liked where it ended up but you may have to shave the saddle to maintain string height. Sounds good, a little less high end twang than before. Electronics work as the should, no noise. Great value!!
