I talked to them about it and they asked what did I want to do? I had them send another alternator. They sent the alternator without an hassle. I decide to do some other checks and it was something else causing the alternator not to charge. The first alternator they had sent was good. I would recommend them to anyone. That wants a company to resolve a issue without hassle. If you have one?
