I purchased the struts for a 2013 Dodge Durango that was supposed to be an exact fit for the vehicle but when the part arrived it was not. I requested to return and did . The seller refunded the full amount but eBay kept part of my refund to pay for the return label sent which sounds bizarre and stupid. I contacted the seller and they said they refunded full amount and sent me proof. I called eBay two weeks ago and I was told they will refund the remaining amount $53 but I am still waiting .
