There was a small amount on them already, but not enough. Put them back together. Still sub par IMO. Bearings just aren't that great. Freewheel was slightly bent. Wheels sorta felt like they were going to flex too much. Got everything together and surprisingly with 170lb rider I noticed zero issues. Daughter loves them. They look good. Dependability, we'll see.
