Voor dit artikel een "beste voorstel" opgegeven. Een dag later hetzelfde artikel aangeschaft door de volledige prijs. Door een misverstand bleef dit artikelen in mijn account aanwezig als "onbetaalde bestelling". De verkoper treft geen blaam; hij begreep het probleem. eBay heeft tot nu toe niets gewijzigd in het systeem waardoor "onbetaald item" blijft staan in mijn account . Volgens eBay heeft dat voor mij geen negatieve consequenties.

Seller refused to send my order as he had no idea how to inform the carrier/customs that I had already paid VAT. He had no clue about shipping to the EU although these rules are already in effect for three years. He never heard of the Import-One-Stop-Shop to prevent the buyer from paying twice for VAT. He didn't made any effort to read the information about it on eBay's and he was too lazy to contact eBay for help. He misled me to provide a tracking number to letting me believe my order was sent
