This is a good value, delivered quickly in new condition. Since I've divorced sugar and processed foods, I've gone from Cat. 4 morbidly obese to a healthy BMI, and stuff like this helps; I use Avocado oil as a base to make spicy mayo and salad dressings without chemicals on the label that you can't pronounce.

I contacted them because 4 days after the label was created, it still had not been shipped via USPS.
