I contacted seller and sent a picture. They suggested I nicked the tube when opening (I didn’t) , and that the “tube looks full and box isn’t soggy as you mentioned”. Needless to say, they essentially didn’t believe me, and offered me $7 back (I paid $43, requested $20 back). Reputable companies take responsibility for their defective goods, and believe their customers. Not here.
