ordered a replacement button for my van but was able to fix the one I already had so I immediately contacted the seller to cancel the order (before the item was even shipped) seller never responded and sent the item anyway. complete disregard for buyers and I must say this was one of my worse experiences here on eBay in 12 years. sent multiple messages but continued to be ignored... how are sellers like this even allowed to sell here?? will never do business with again. Buyer beware
