Seller block sylfor_8, before she comes to your store. The product was brand new and she knew exactly what she was buying, but tried to find an excuse to get a partial refund. We don't negotiate the price after the sale. We offer free returns and suggested to send the item back for a full refund, but the buyer kept going and going, hoping that we give in to her unreasonable demands. Since she didn't get what she wanted, she left the negative feedback.
