- o***m (27)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseStarting with the packaging, the seller did not put security bubbles of any kind, he just put the laptop in a bag inside a larger box where it moved around because it was not secured, at first the laptop would not turn on until I connected the charger, although the battery was charged, it did not have the AC adapter or charger, it arrived with several dents, I have been writing to the seller for more than a week for a partial refund at least to buy the AC adapter or the damaged parts.
