Thank goodness, there were no instructions what soever and I had to stop on the install and drive to ACE Hardware because nuts were missing to adjust and tighten the antenna to the roof bracket. You could tell it was used because of the weather oxidation left on the horizontal aluminum bracket plus there was no individual plastic wrap/bag for each item, example the base.
