All I asked for was photo of the damage, but he never sent one. After two weeks, he decided to keep the item. I package all my items the same way. 99% of the time the item arrives without issue. I'm sorry this happened, but sometimes the USPS damages packages. I suspect the "damage" to the metal art was easily able to be returned to form, but for some reason this buyer wants the world to know how poorly I package items. My ratings speak for themself.
