    Major communication dificulties. Buyer would not or could not communicate in English...... Sent buyer detailed written instructions with photos to test & confirm if original heat sensor and/or replacement sensor would test as being non functional...... Buyer did not respond...... Sent buyer instructions for returning item he purchased...... Buyer did not respond...... My guess is that this buyer was most likely just replacing parts without correctly diagnosing what the real problem was.
