The quality was of the poorest quality thread holes were made crooked and broke bolt after bolt which came new with the adjustable ball joints i relied on a decent part and got trash had to get replacement control arms from advance auto paid more for labor definitely not worth the head aches buy a better name brand part and stay away from this company that sells the product customer service is insulting at the least as they were accusing me of scamming my car is my pride had to spend double dont

We notified the customer that we would issue him a full refund but we wanted to get a picture of the ball joints next to the arms he was trying to install these onto per the manufactuer GSP. We were just asking for a simply picture but customer declined and became hostile stating he believes that we think he is a scammer. We are not quite sure where the hostility came from because we stated we wanted to help him. Instead he leaves this negative feedback before we could even try to work things.
