It doesn't have a locking nut or mechanism that keeps the measures in place...so be aware. Display is big and clear and seems to be the best part of whole assembly. It's ok for NOT PRECISION work beyond take measurements of bolts and hydraulic connectors (my specific task at job). Don't blame the seller for how cheap perceived quality is. Besides that is ok.
