I've never left a poor review on eBay until now. The SCOBY arrived damaged and leaking in a Jiffy bag. I opened a return and was obliged with a message from eBay, saying that the seller had sent me a returns label. Except s/he hadn't. I sent five emails to the seller. I received not even reply. eBay does not make it easy to get redress for small purchases. I could not open a case from the app. and felt that I was going around in circles. Finally, I sent an email and was given a full refund.
