    After I received the hat in the mail I discovered that the large "H" logo was off center. But more importantly, the brim was off center as well (one side was lower than the other.) I tried to reshape with a cap frame, but no luck. I requested to return the cap. The seller got back with me and apologized that they didn't realize the cap was defective when they sold it. I believe them 100%. They not only refunded me immediately, but told me to keep the cap (saving me a trip to the post office!)
