      Top Artikel, zügiger Versand…aber Versandservice GLS eine Katastrophe - war Zuhause, es wurde nicht geklingelt, auch kein Zustellversuch bei Nachbarn, dafür musste ich 16 km mit dem Auto zu einem kleinen düsteren Laden mit einem unhöflichen Besitzer fahren, um an das Paket zu kommen. Das würde mich das nächste mal definitiv von einer Bestellung abhalten.

      Das ist natürlich nicht so schön und sehr ärgerlich. Sie haben beim Kauf aber selber diese Versandart ausgewählt. Hätten ja auch DHL nehmen können. Mich dann aber für die Arbeit des Fahrer von GLS mit neutral zu bewerten, geht gar nicht. Ich kann weder etwas für GLS und erst recht nicht für ihre eigene Auswahl des Paketdienstleisters. Ich hatte den Kunden darauf hingewiesen aber antwortet nicht auf Mails oder meine Abänderungsanfrage. Ich finde das extrem unhöflich. :-(
