I did not get any help from customs support and as of this review the matter is still unresolved. These kind people were very helpful along the way and then to my surprise, they graciously refunded the entire cost to me. I didn’t ask them to do this as it was certainly not their fault. I can’t say enough good things about them - Thank You!
