    The item was just as described, new, in the box. The issue I had was that I had inadvertently left off the discount code and so immediately requested cancellation and proceeded to place another order using the discount code. Four days later I was informed that my request was too late and therefore could not be cancelled. I sent a request to the seller but received no response. In the end I was credited for my first purchase but was left in the dark for over a week. Very poor customer service.

    Buyer " inadvertently" made a mistake, blames it on the seller. Got credited for his purchase, yet feels compelled to attack our credibility. How convenient.
