Item has still not even been shipped to is. It was due to be delivered on the 11th but the tracking info is still showing that they haven’t received it. Got an email that they had sent my 2nd email to the shipping department to escalate the issue and should hear an answer in 24 hours. That was over 48 hours ago. I am now in the process of canceling the order. I will update with how that process goes.
