CAUTION! Item is as described however adjusting it to 5mm less than original link length amounted to almost 2" drop! (The links were already set to 5mm less btw.) I've read 5mm drop 1/2" and also 1" so I know there is some varience, but didn't expect 2". 2014 E350 4matic Wagon.

Hello, as you have stated, we ship our links around 5-6mm shorter than stock link. This lowers the rear around 1". Some cars may be more, some less, but average is around 1". Been the same way since these cars came out over 10 years now and this is the first time I have heard of this issue. Please double check install to make sure nothing else is going on.
