I received exactly what I ordered however be aware that the necklace that came with the pendant which cost extra is quite fragile. It is sterling silver but It was hard to tell exactly how big or small it was from the extreme close up shot in the image provided. Overall I am very happy with it but I personally would not want the necklace to come with the pendant in the future unless they offer larger versions. By larger I mean thicker.
