      Poor communication. I contacted the seller to inquire about the item showing as labeled created but not shipped. It was refunded but they never even replied explaining like oh I forgot to ship it or the carrier must have lost it because I dropped it off. With such a high shipping cost, which presumably covers handling costs, you’d think that might warrant some kind of explanation. Obviously I won’t be buying from them again.
