    I asked the seller ahead of time to verify whether or not this tape deck was completely functional and I was assured that it was. When it finally came to me, it was not packed appropriately, with no bubble wrap to protect it, just siran-wrapped. Nothing to actually protect against vibrations of shipping. When the deck did NOT function as it was advertised, the seller claimed that they must have shipped the wrong deck. Now I am to pay for shipping back for a refund when it was their error?
