It was well packaged so all through its journey it was protected. I could have asked for a refund but I wanted to see if and when I would receive it. Fortunately it was not critical to a build. Vendor is +++++ USPS is minus 5 stars

The packaging was the best I've ever seen, with premium bubble wrap, making it so secure its near impossible to damage. For the price I paid I got, I got a grade A quality monitor.
