All items and screw kit from Logitech still in the box. Had a hiccup with shipping taking over a week to ship out but I believe it might have been a UPS problem. It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great! What can be improved? Shipping time. I ordered on Wednesday. Label was created on Friday. It didn't ship until Monday. That's 5 days from order to ship. It took Fedex a full week to deliver. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.
