      Seller shipped the item timely. USPS then lost the item for nearly a month before finally delivering an empty card mailer to me inside a USPS window envelope. Looks like a USPS employee may have stolen the card. Seller did his job with the shipment and maintained good comms throughout the process. He issued a refund timely. Would buy from again.
