After re-reading the listing, in did in fact say "hand polished hardwood". I decided NOT to go through the hassle, time or a possible fight trying to get a replacement or refund. I was in a pinch to finish a job. I finished it myself. I SCREWED UP! I should have called them out as soon as I received it. Seller blames Grant for the quality control issue. Heads up.
