    I'm questioning 'new' as there was dust (as in the HP holder/mounting bracket was used in an enclosure) where you would expect to find it on a used device from a datacenter or the like. The drive itself came up without a partition, so it may be unused, but the HP mounting was not. Otherwise, the drive appears functional. Shipping was fast. Well packaged.
