My purchase was poorly packed in very thin bubble wrap and flimsy cardboard, was damaged in shipping and the seller never even said "sorry that happened". He suggested that I should deal with the post office, which I felt was his responsibility. Unfortunately the mailing label was torn and so he claimed that he could not get a refund from the post office. He never offered any other compensation.Reply from: walnut09- Feedback replied by seller walnut09.- Feedback replied by seller walnut09.Totally untrue.The pictures were wrapped in bubble wrap & packed in a box for shipping, I asked her send pictures of the damage & the box & packing material. The box was crushed with a big hole in it right where we had written "Please Don't Crush". She had recycled the packing material & only part of the shipping label was present, she said she must have ripped it opening the box and had thrown it in the trash. I told her to ask for a return thru ebay to get a return label. She never did this..
