I did not receive the serial number. When I asked the seller where the serial number was, I got a standard, blow-off response - "I have been listing a lot of software and I would not have put "Plus serial number" in the title if I didn't at some point see it and have it. I also have been listing so much software that I just can't remember exactly where it would be for this specific program."Reply from: orphan-media- Feedback replied by seller orphan-media.- Feedback replied by seller orphan-media.Buyer conveniently left out the 2nd part of my response which was, "If you've looked everywhere, & you can't find it, then I will give you your money back & you can just keep the software. We were ignored for a day, I followed up again & politely asked if they had found the code, just to make sure, & got a rude reply from the user and immediately issued a refund. We are always transparent & accurate when it comes to our Software & what is included.
