      My order claimed to ship the 12th of Aug, it didn’t truly ship until Aug 21st. No initiative in the seller to notify me of the delay or provide tracking until I reached out. I received the order on Aug 25th to find the gloves are a size S and not L like the description claims. I reached out same day, and now three days later, Aug 28th, still no response. I paid for a shipping service I didn’t receive. The gloves are new, and of quality I would expect, but the wrong size. Communication was poor.
