    When sent for authentication it was not as described. It was in a worse condition with scratches and odour

    I was super disappointed with what the authenticator stated as all scratches etc. were listed and photographed on the original listing. I still have no idea what odour they were referring to either. When I sent the bag and received it back there was no odour. A negative review seems unnecessary as you of course received a full refund and the bag was returned to me and has now been privately sold with no issues.
