    Quality was very poor..not many items in box was usable.. Horses were missing legs, tails, heads. This item should not have been put on ebay to sell.

    This item was NEW, in a sealed box. I'd never seen the interior, because I don't open sealed items. No one does. I suppose it's possible the NEW contents were damaged from factory. I doubt it. These figures, like all model pieces, are sold in a plastic frame you have to detach them from. And vintage.This goof likely broke them when he detached em. and now he's upset. That's why he didn't include a picture.I always offer a refund or return when a buyer contacts me. Or you can do this
