Very rude and unprofessional behavior,doll came with terrible packaging,the doll was squished into a box way too small, and the seller broke the doll's neck trying to shove it in the box,the seller offered to return it but I didn't want to return it, I asked for a partial refund and I was accused of being a thief looking for something for free!
