    The auction described all tapes as being new and sealed. I got the package and 4 of them were missing the cellophane wrap around the tops and had been opened in the past. I sent the seller 3 messages about a week apart and then waited longer and he never replied! So his communication skills are very poor and he did not describe the tapes accurately. It's not nice to ignore your buyers when they have an issue. I just wanted at least a reply from him .. so his ignoring my messages gets him a neg.
