    took a bit to get here but the issue was that it said it came in a jewel case yet when it got here it had no case, just the disc and papers that come in the case

    Hi... and thank you for your purchase. I'm asking you to kindly revise your negative feedback that you left me. You stated, "when it got here it had no case, just the disc and papers that come in the case." The item description clearly states in bold lettering "JEWEL CASES ARE NOT INCLUDED". Nowhere does it state otherwise. I'm asking you to revise the feedback or I will be left with no choice but to file a claim with Ebay to have the feedback removed due to misrepresentation. Thank You
