Packaging not as shown insoles were in a plastic bag. I contacted buyer to return item and was forwarded a return label. I took package to the PO who advised me the label was not a correct label. I advised seller who stated it was correct and to add an address. I took to the PO again who had difficulty scanning but gave receipt. No refund issued. EBay stepped in to refund.
