The bottom layer was protected by a single sheet of newspaper and a single layer of bubble wrap in a tightly packed small box. Three of the mugs were badly broken with handles and cups in pieces. Thankfully the remaining 9 make an excellent display and I am very pleased they survived the shipping. great stuff at a great price.

The cardboard box was soft and I could hear glass rattling around before I even opened the box. This was a gift I'd purchased for someone and although the majority of plates were intact the rest was not. Extremely disappointing especially for the money I spent. Also, some of the pieces that are "intact" look like they weren't too sturdy in the first place. I feel duped. Their feedback will most likely get taken down.
