Thin paper, no images, spelling mistakes. Poor over all appearance. Vegan book refers to Chicken, if its tofu in the recipe call it tofu, as a vegan my whole life I don't want to eat food referencing meat, or trying to taste like meat. Very disappointed by both the quality of this book and its contents.
