I have no PO BOX only my home address which is in my eBay account. I have notified them by email and they will get back to me within 3 days. I realize the package is insured but I am hoping they can find out where they delivered it to. I realize that you did nothing wrong. The item was sent to the address he asked to ship it to and it was delivered on time by USPS to that address. He now claims he did not get it. However USPS says very differently.
